Well, I went in a year ago looking to change my car. Service was great, and I left my details but never heard from them again.
Then went in again in January and arranged to test drive one of their demo cars that happened to be out that day. Came back in on the Saturday as arranged and they’d forgotten to book the car!
February, went in eager to buy, and nope, they didn’t seem to be keen to sell then either!
Next day walked into Baron’s Farnborough and left a deposit on a MINI.
