This coffee shop is not worth a visit. The décor is ok but the staff rude and uninterested. The coffee bland and their fresh lemonade very expensive and comes from a bottle and tastes full of preservatives. I have not visited this chain previously so unsure if all of their coffee shops are the same or if this Uxbridge shop is just rubbish

Have been quite regular here, but a bit disappointed on the last visit. They same to be short staffed, with dirty dishes piled up behind the counter .
We had to return our tea as it had been kept behind the counter and was over brewed.
However it has a good friendly atmosphere, and hopefully they will set this right, as it’s a great addition to the high street.

Uxbridge, as anyone who lives in Uxbridge will know, is just not that glamorous. And even though it’s certainly not short of coffee shops, Harris and Hoole is a welcome addition.
The coffee rivals Monmouth brews, the staff are all welcoming and upbeat and the food delicious. It’s worth it’s price tag and its a lovely spot to watch the world go by.

The new coffee shop on the block, it is a refreshing change from Starbucks, Costa and caffe Nero. A very nice venue for a coffee plus great quality coffee.
