Ordered replacement windows for the whole house. Choices wanted to fit Windows weekend before Christmas but didn’t come until Monday 21st Dec leading to job being rushed through to finish before they broke up. two teams of fitters came, one team were very good, the other team were instructed to replace the 2 bay windows on the front of the house and made a terrible job, including broken tiles between the upstairs and downstairs bays where they dropped one of the new window sections. After xmas the one bay was repaired which took seven hours to put right. Six weeks later the tiles were eventually repaired. We have been waiting 8 weeks and they have failed to turn up on 7 promised visits, for the other front bay to still be smartened up. Handles on the front bays do not match and they have failed to replace, resulting in my husband buying and replacing himself separately. No one in charge has even been to see what needs doing even after photos of the mess that was left. Have requested several times for Nathan Beddows to get in touch and even sent him a letter, still nothing! Customer service is non existent! In hindsight we should not have payed in full, then maybe the job would have been completed to our satisfaction? Cannot see how a 10 year guarantee will work when they can’t even come weeks after doing job. Would not recommend to anyone.

Please be cautious and considered. Choices quoted me for supply & fit and at the last minute separated the contracts to supply only, fit & window surveying! The fitters were said to be competent and I was guided by them as they work in the industry everyday. In my case it turned out that the fitters were unregistered FENSA/CERTASS subcontractors who left glazing non compliant with building regulations. Please don’t let double glazing contractors separate contracts and ensures subcontractor fitters are registered with glazing qualifications for peace of mind and expertise. The product production in my case has been poor and disappointing! Poor services levels, low or no communication has occurred in parts, front office staff have changed 3 times in the last 16 months making it difficult to progress with concerns. issues! I’m awaiting ‘full’ resolution’ and only part resolution is being offered 16 months down the line –which is frustrating for a consumer.
