This is lovely to come across a travel agent that actually listens to what from a holiday. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they are knowledgeable of the resorts and the countries, but do explain about the areas. The store also deals with local departures such as Exeter, so you can fly near to be locally than have to travel to Gatwick or Heathrow. The store deals with all the major tour operators, so there are plently of choices available, I would recommend this travel agents to anyone, the whole experience feels like your visiting friends.
