Do Not Use!
We have been awaiting the return of our £100 deposit since March. Despite numerous phonecalls (never available or in meetings) and emails and then a recorded delivery letter (which couldn’t be delivered) I have had no contact from them or money back. Resigned to the fact that the £100 has gone. Spoke to the rep who did us the deal and he is apparently owed £4k and had left them 5 months ago. MD is called Mark McCracken and he’s ignoring his ex-​staff as he is us consumers.
