I am not the kind of person to frequent this kind of shop but my son has asked for PSP for his birthday (I did not even know what one was!!).
The girl behind the counter was really helpful and friendly and gave me loads of advice. She even was honest enough to say that it might be a bit grown up for him at 7 at the risk of losing her a sale!!! She managed to advise me without me feeling patronised or like her grandma. Will definitely going back here for my sons gaming needs from now on.
They sell allsorts of preowned games at reduced prices too — which I was not aware of. They do a loyalty card and some really good deals.
