Earlier I submitted a very critical review, because I was desperate to get my Repaired ski mitts, which had failed to arrive back with me. I suspect that they had been put at the bottom of the pending pile, but with some pressure from me, they were delivered special delivery — in time for me to use them. I have to say that I cannot criticise the repair. The leather was matched, and the workmanship was fine. So even if I were on tenterhooks today (which I emphatically was), the outcome is completely satisfactory. I cannot think of a more awkward and difficult repair than that to the tip of two thumbs, and this has been very well done. So 100% to Fadi for workmanship and my only reservation is that their customer service could be more reassuring!
