I think the only reason to dine here is that you are staying at the hotel. Otherwise, that make no sense to came in this overpriced, low quality, bad service restaurant.

Italienisches Restaurant innerhalb des Doubletree Hilton Hotels. Sehr schöné Einrichtung und sehr gutes Essen.
Beim heutigen Besuch wirkte der Service etwas überlastet. Der Freundlichkeit tat dies keinen Abbruch, es wurde jedoch die eine oder andere Kleinigkeit vergessen.
Insgesamt aber nicht wirklich der Rede wert.

As part of the DoubleTree by Hilton Newcastle Airport, Fratello’s is my choice of restaurant whenever I stay here.
There is a wide choice of food from which to choose and with an open-​plan kitchen you can see food being freshly prepared.
Service is friendly, without being intrusive, and the food is good, very good.
The ambience of this restaurant means you have background music, which is decent if you are dining alone.
A very pleasant place to eat and great staff.
