I’ve been visiting this practice for years and I’m always impressed by the friendly and professional manner of the staff. They have a good selection of stock, with what I consider to be the best range of ‘high end’ and designer frames in Swindon, and are always very accommodating and patient with my questions and requests!
I always feel like I’m being given the best advice for me as an individual, rather than being fobbed off or encouraged to spend money unnecessarily.
I ‘d definitely recommend this indepedent opticians over any of the bigger chains.

Went to look for sunglasses for a skiing trip, woman in there couldn’t have been less interested, I went somewhere else to spend my money

Sadly had a very poor experience with this business. It took three attempts to still not get the prescription right. At one point I was accused of giving misinformation on my eye test, on a further occasion I was texted to tell me my spectacles were ready and when I arrived I was told that they had not contacted me and the glasses were in fact not ready.
Sorry, but really a very unhappy experience and I now go elsewhere
