Much the same as any other Hobbycraft, generally quite expensive, staff who know very little about the products and laid out like a supermarket. Very boring. There are much more interesting Art and Craft shops in Swindon, I like Inkspot in the town, the staff are very friendly and they have a very good product range.

Hobbycraft is on the St Margarets Retail Park on the outskirts of Swindon, on the Oxford side of town. It is a huge building that sells all sorts of craft related stuff. I went there to buy some paint and brushes recently and they had loads to choose from. If you are in to arts and crafty stuff, then you could spend hours and hours looking through row after row of stuff. Whether your interest is card making, scrapbooking, embroidery or painting, they have something for everyone. It is a good place to pick up bits and pieces for your childrenss christmas stocking, if you have children. You could buy them stickers and things to make a collage or whatever. The staff I found were helpful, going out of their way to help me find something that I did not know where it was.

Hobbycraft in Swindon is really well laid out, and very spacious so even when it gets busy it doesnt feel over-crowded. They stock a huge range of crafting products, everything you could think of and more! Some of their prices are a bit higher than other places but it is a good place to shop for ideas if nothing else! There is lots of parking right outside the shop too.

Hobby craft is a massive craft store. They sell all sorts. Stickers, glue, paints, art materials, paper, card making and scrap booking sets, sewing and knitting equipment, jewelerry making kits and lots more. The store is really nice to look round and I could easily spend hours in there. It’s laid out really nicely so everything is easy to find. The staff are really helpful and will help you find exactly what you need. Some of the stuff is quite a bit of money but the quality of the craft stuff is definitely worth paying for. They have lots of cheap stuff aswell. I would recomend this shop to anyone with an interest in arts and crafts, or anyone needing art and craft stuff for education.
