Dragon Inn

I have eaten here many times.
The service is good and genuine, the food is of a high standard.
There is a great selection and different options for meal plans.
The price is also very reasonable. Service is fast.
4 stars for me.
Keep away from the sweet and Sour Chicken though that”s MY favourite!

Dragon Inn is one of those businesses which puzzle me. They really don’t do themselves any favours in trying to entice people into their restaurant but they actually serve good food.
A friend and I were looking for somewhere to eat in the local area and this restaurant only displays their takeaway menu in the window. However, a little sign offering dim sum made me suggest we go in.
As it turns out, they don’t offer dim sum any more but we found that they have a large eat in menu, which isn’t on the window!
The food turned out to be tasty. My friend was introduced to deep fried soft shell crab, which she loved. The Hong Kong style sweet & sour pork pork was soft and covered in a sauce which wasn’t overly fluorescent. The crispy noodles was a good carbs dish.
So I’m glad that we didn’t judge this book by its cover but they’re not doing themselves any favours by hiding their light under a bushel.
