Dance Option Cheam

My salsa friend Hilary and I attended a salsa party here on Sunday night.
Dance Option is a proper dance studio and purpose built for dancing, unlike some other salsa venues that we go to. This is reflected in the huge dance area with lovely wooden floors and full length mirrors, which are very useful and instructive to watch yourself
The salsa party was great but really aimed at people who have done some dancing before. We did a nice bachata routine before the freestyle salsa began. Then, Miguel and Mayana, who have performed at many events, put on a salsa show, which was amazing.
There is no bar but drinks are available from a vending machine.
There are regular dance classes here but for now, Hilary and I will stick to our usual salsa class in Dorking.
