Always friendly staff, plenty of seats, light and airy feel inside and clump of outside tables with jolly Costa umbrellas, make a welcoming and attractive example of chain.
Especially in the late summer sunshine when you’re in the middle of Birmingham conurbation and want to pretend you’re chillin out, say, on the prom at Barry Island. OK, might have to close your eyes first.
Always liked Costa anyway, so might be bias — Americano served with little jug of hot milk as it should be — great stuff — generally consistent quality of taste.
Even though they’re everywhere and could say seen one seen them all, they do differ and this one particularly good.
