Up In Smoke

Whilst the products in this store are diverse and reasonably priced I found a member of staff extremely rude. Having watched his customer service, which entailed a lot of shoulder shrugging, I suggested to a customer a product that the shop did not stock. He instantly made a rude remark and then had the decency to pull me aside in the shop and stress to me that I shouldn’t speak to customers in store especially if I was going to recommend a product they do not sell. Other than this one staff member a brilliant place. Piercing staff are very professional and polite.

Also known as the ‘London Piercing Clinic’ I believe.
Not really sure what I am comparing against, not my usual haunt I have to admit it!
Selling items which I believe can be used to smoke ‘tobacco’ and herbs I am sure!
At the back of the shop is the tattooing and piercing area. Guys there seem to know what they are doing. They do go through a lengthy intro to the piercing procedure and what you need to do afterward with regards to care. There is also the selection of the piercing again, explaining all you need to know.
Once committed and paid up, they take you into a piercing room which is clean and hygienic looking. Again they go through the procedure of what is going to happen and mark you up (wherever that piercing you want may end up!). With that all done and the OK on your pen mark they set to making the piercing. These are not done with a ‘gun’ but the old fashioned way of the needle in and then the piercing.
I suppose it depends on where you have it to the pain! There is no ‘numbing’ of the area first.
All quickly over, they ask for a photo and you are done. Like I said, friendly staff and seem to know what they are doing.
