This is hands down a 5 star operation. I recently booked SP for a London day tour during a 12hr layover at Heathrow. The communication beforehand was immediate, clear and concise while quite detailed in what to expect. They — and the driver — far exceeded expectations! The car was on time, conducted a grand tour of London which included shopping at Covent Garden and Harrods, a visit to the London Eye, lunch at Rock n Soul which became a tour highlight! I can’t say enough about the professionalism, courtesy and timeliness of this concierge service, The pricing was quite fair (approx. $ 625usd for 8hrs/​2persons for door to door service); I can’t imagine finding a better provider anywhere in the country — Sincerely Paul is now my go-​to service for any London stopover!
