I agree with the first review of this business. My friends central heating broke down. She contacted newton lettings. A repair man arranged to come. She waited in but he did not come. Another appointment was arranged he did not turn up again. When she phoned him his mobile was not switched on. It took two weeks to get a repair done.
On another occasion a door needed replacing. A man arrived, after several hours he finished the fitting. When he drove off she tried the door but it would not close properly. They are only interested in getting the rent not in customer care or satisfaction.

The properties are not maintained to a high standard. the rents are high. the tenants are not vetted
