Excellent fish and chip shop located just outside rthe main shopping area of newcastle, but with very easy parking.
service is always quick, even when its busy. The food is always hot, and tastes delicious regardless of the time of day, and however bsy it is.
The only problem with the location, is that you see it everytime you leave newcastle, and its so hard to resist!
I was first dragged into the place just by the name, because i thought it was really cooland i’m pleased to report that you can judge this book by its cover, cos th food is just as fab as the name. Highly recommended!

Lovely chips, Can sometimes be rather busy, buts a representation of just how nice they are.
Fish is always completely deboned and skinned, so you dont get the usual problems. The chips are just the right size to stay soft when cooked like they should, but without becoming too greasy.
There is a wide range of other things that can be sold with chips, such as sausages, and they stock wrights pies of all kinds.
The gravy is especially lovely, as its just thick enough, but without being overly salty as some chip shops sell it.
