Good shop. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will advise you on the best product to meet your needs. The only time they push you is when they are trying to sell you their add on products e.g. extended warranties etc. I think this is how they earn most of their commission.
We never take out the extended warranty and make it clear that we will not, and once they know it doesnt seem to be a problem.
