My family’s favourite restaurant, Il Girasole offers traditional Italian fare with charm and warmth. Situated just off the market square, it is the perfect place to meet friends for any occasion. We love this restaurant and highly recommend it to all!

Me and my partner are in our twentys and LOVE this restaurant!
We went on our second date and have been back a few times since then (and plan to go quite a few more times!).
Every single time we have been, we have had excellent food in ultra large portions, wonderful service and a lovely atmosphere too. Starters and mains have always been superb, but we can’t recommend the puddings as we have always been too full from sharing our starters and massive mains to have anything but I’m sure they are wonderful too. I would highly recommend this place!

This is a great little restaurant tucked away at the back of the market square. The laid back atmosphere make it a great place to go with friends especially if you get a seat in front of the pizza oven. They have a deal at lunchtimes which is great value for money.

Amazing quality italian restaurant. Convenient location in the centre of town, with ample seating inside. The pizzas are traditional italian style, nothing like pizza hut for example! They are very very nice, as are the desserts. They also occasionally have live music playing, although i have only ever been at lunchtimes as they have cheaps deals on then, on any day of the week! I would very much recommend this place!
