Seen quite a few local bands play here over the years. Had some great experiences…
Latest experience though (a couple of months ago) is that it tends to be populated by idiots who are clinging hold of their youth and still think they are the in thing!

I love Saks! Is that not enough? Of course not, located across from Southend Central Station this bar stormed Southend as something new and at the time it arrived people thought would never last. A trendy bar with live music downstairs, sport on tv’s, and lunch ain’t too bad either. Recommended as the best town centre bar (and so much more too) in Southend!
