The pharmacy staff require training in interpersonal communications skills. It is unacceptable for staff to look customers up and down arrogantly and to be terribly rude and dismissive. If you should be served by Kate who is disrespectful, rude and surly, you will no doubt find she has ideas above her station. As if she has shares in Boots the Chemist. The young male is frighteningly efficient but spikey in manner and the young female seems unable to understand customers. Good luck!

Hidden within the Boots store in The Royals, the staff are always informed and professional.
Their range of glasses is moderate, though small compared to places such as Specsavers, and also a lot more expensive, (I was able to order the glasses I currently wear from Specsavers for just under £80, where Boots wanted to charge me over £150 for exactly the same pair).
They are a good opticians though, and provide good eye tests, though it’s always advisable to look for a preferred place for your healthcare.

Very small opticians hidden away in Boots store. Would like bigger range of glasses to choose from. Opticians who do appointments seem professional. Sometimes have special offers.
