Health Systems Gym is based in Queen St, which is just behind King St. The gym is spanned over 2 floors and is a relatively smallish gym. The downstairs compromises of a small room that has a couple of running machines as well as cross trainers and bikes. Just across from this room you have a relatively small womens only gym that has a range of machines for the patrons to use. Upstairs you have the men’s and mixed gym that has a wide range of machines for all parts of the body. This gym is based towards people who are looking to build their body and not really towards people who are looking for a cardio workout. Prices are reasonable and staff are friendly.
