There are 2 bars here, one has the fruit machine and pool table, which is really for the younger clientele. The other is more sophisticated, with a fireplace, and food available. There is also a nice beer garden. A conservatory out the back for meals. Like its neighbour, The White Hart, it is also said to be the site of the old castle.
