Popped in here today to see about the possiblity of getting a new graphics card for my aging Pentium 4, to try to eke it out a little longer before updating the entire system. Normally I dont like talking to the staff in computer shops because they either don’t know what they are talking about or want to try to sale you something completely different to what you want. I didnt get that impression with the guy in there. We spoke for a little while and he was well informed, and didnt try to pressure me into some new gadget I didnt need.

We’ve been in here a couple of times to do some emergency printing or downloading when we’ve had problems and we’re nearby. On both occasions the service has been exceptional, with staff being very knowledgeable, willing to listen to the customer’s needs and not afraid to discuss amongst themselves to come up with the best solution. And they smile! Definitely somewhere to go for trustworthy service.
