Boots Opticians

This opticians gets a massive 5 stars and a big thumbs up from me. Why? I hear you ask. Well the customer service is amazeballs it really is.
I popped in for a contacts lense check up, and my opticians made me feel at ease whilst he tested my peepers. After a through check and lots of questions asked about my daily care routine of my lenses, I decided that I wanted to take a look at the frames with ideally walking away with a new pair.
My assistant was super patient despite me wanting to try on lots of pairs, mostly which didn’t suit me or were too big for my face. I wilted it down to four pairs, and as part of the service and helping me to decide what pair to choose my picture was taken modelling the fours glasses in turn. This was really useful and I managed to decide on my final pair. Woo hoo success!
I was told that my glasses could take up to 10 days to arrive once ordered. They arrived in a week.
The customer service here really is second to none, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the opticians to everyone.
