I have never come across a large customer facing business with such poor customer service in the world! Trying to buy an iPhone and have my telephone number switched from existing provider is like pulling teeth! I have given them my PAC code 3 times before it was registered in their systems, there appears to be a micro department for everything who do not or can not talk to each other, so you need to be transferred several times before you get through to the right person, and only that person appears to have access to your details! I was warned about their customer service before signing up… why or why does Apple have to work exclusively with O2, it is such a shame that such a great product can only be accessed and serviced through an inferior service provider. Ordered on 21st March. and unlikely to get phone another week or so. POOR!
