Blond-E

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE. I asked for my hair to be ash blonde and was told that I couldn’t have it coloured I had to have highlights (obviously so they could get more money out of me!). The colour was a yellow colour so I decided to go back and went to a different person, explained the situation and that I wanted to go lighter. Once having it done again she had not done my roots which made it look really blocking, I complained and they said that I should come in for my roots to be done. They done my roots and they are blonder than the rest of my hair and they missed out some. I ended up crying in the hairdresser I was upset what they had done with my hair, they were not sincere and trying blaming the situation on me. I left feeling stressed and upset and decided to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed.
