What constitutes as a large sandwich here? The small is a hefty hunk of bread — the large would be enough to feed a family. These will be your thoughts when leaving Spoilt for Choice. This small café, located on the popular Eccy road, is the perfect breakfast stop after a heavy night out. Or lunch, if you fancy a bit of a lie in. Choices include breakfast sandwiches(no hash browns, naughty), melts, jacket potatoes, soups, stews and other lovely things. My sausage sandwich, though basic, was delicious and kept me going for the rest of the day. My brain could barely take in the range of options — if I had been a bit more with it/less ravenous, I might have gone for something different, but there’s nothing wrong with a sausage bap on a Sunday morning. The atmosphere here is very relaxed and super family friendly. The only issue we had when finding a table for 5 was that there was one man taking up the table we could have had. One man. On his own. Who looked at us various times. When he finally got up and left, we were served quickly. Other families came and went and, due to the comings and goings of the various visitors, noone was actually unable to find somewhere to sit within 10 minutes. Pretty good for somewhere with 4 indoor tables and 4 outside. Whether soaking up some alcohol or simply treating yourself, Spoilt for Choice should be added to your Sheffield list.
