I have recently gone through all sorts and on top of that involved moving homes, however I just want to say thank you so much to Alexander Lettings for making everything easy, painless and being incredibly helpful.

Honestly the worst letting agency I’ve dealt with. I found a place they were advertising online and organised a viewing. When I got there the place was in clear need of renovation. The estate agent offered a rent of £70pw despite advertising online a cheaper price. On further questioning he asserted that this was the price paid by the previous tenants. I decided not to reveal the lower price in order to get out more quickly. I think he lied to me in an effort to get more money and quite frankly these are the types of people I would hate to do business with. Sometimes playing the naïve card reveals a lot about people; in this case an ‘awful’ lot.
