Tends to be nothing wrong with the products, just the customer service. We reserved an item to collect and pay for, approached the main desk, where staff did there best to avoid making eye contact with us. Got send upstairs to pay for the item and had the same problem trying to get a staff member to come over(They weren’t doing anything just sat at there desk not wanting to get up) Having paid for the item we then had to go back to the first desk(back downstairs) for them to bring the item out. Very poor customer service by all staff! Also can’t see why we couldn’t pay for the item downstairs at the main desk?
