Das Restaurant basiert auf dem Büffet Prinzip. Sie wollen internationale Speisen anbieten, von jeder Küche etwas. Leider ist alles sehr einheitlich, auf Masse und nicht auf Klasse getrimmt. Das Sushi zum Beispiel ist hatte kalte Tankstellen-​Qualität. Es schmeckt sehr nach lange warmgehaltenen Fertigprodukten wie Tintenfischringen und Asia-​Nudeln. Man kann sich auch etwas frisch machen lassen, es schmeckt aber nicht wesentlich besser. Sie bieten eine sehr große Anzahl an Speisen an, allerdings war nichts davon gut sondern nur ok bis schlecht. Man konnte es essen, ich brauche aber nicht nochmal wiederkommen. Es war außerdem unglaublich voll und unglaublich laut, da viele Familien mit Kindern da waren und die Kinder sichtlich ihren Spaß daran hatten.

Great selection of cuisine. I have been there 5 times now and each time I leave impressed. This place has something for everyone’s tastes — even if you just like fish and chips.

Nice décor can’t hide that despite the multitude of cuisines available, non of them are very nice. All in all a low end Buffet with not very nice food.

We have been to all the good buffets in Las Vegas and this one is right up there with the best of them. All the food was fresh, constantly refilled when a tray was empty, tasty food, well cooked, well presented, huge variety. The dinner price gets you the made to order Hibachi lamb chops (very good), prawns (excellent), scallops (excellent), they also cook calamari, salmon, sirloin steak. Staff very friendly, plates constantly cleared from tables, very good value.

This is a great family restaurant with special dishes from Korea, Japan, Thailand The drinks are reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. I would recommend booking a table in advance as the restaurant always full of people.

I’ve been to Cosmo several times, and enjoy it everytime. Not being able to have family get togethers all the time its a great way for at least the majority of us to meet up, eat, drink and be merry. Great value for money, a vast variety of choice of food and a great atmosphere. Only downside was the chocolate fountain. i literally buried my face in it and increased a trousers size! Needless to say, I will definitely return.

COSMO is all about incredible food. Yes the restaurant is stunning, yes it’s been created by some of the best designers and architects in the country. And yes, it will leave you open mouthed in awe; in its scale; in its custom made features and its grandeur– but it’s the food that will really impress. The chefs at COSMO work tirelessly to source the finest and freshest ingredients, so every dish prepared tastes delicious. Those ingredients are expertly combined according to recipes from all over the world, using traditional cooking techniques that give you a taste of each country of origin.
Well thats a transcript from their website, do i agree with what they say? The answer is a big yes, eating japanese food alongside chinese, italian etc makes one’s tast buds go into overdrive. Its an oasis hidden away in a jungle of retail outlets.

Went to Cosmo for lunch a couple of weeks ago. Read some great things about the variety of dishes available — including Japanese cuisine. I love Japanese food, so thought I’d give it a try. I was very disappointed though. Although there were other cuisines available (it’s a mixed restaurant) — the Japanese dishes were pretty awful. There was supposed to be a good choice of sush (over 20 listed on the website) i — but it really was lame. There were only a couple of choices, and the fish really didn’t either look or taste very fresh. I’ve had far better sushi just up the road in Barking — a much better Japanese offering there. The Chinese dishes were the usual MSG loaded sweet and sours, and the duck pancakes weren’t too bad — however I won’t be coming back, not with the claims of the website not matching the delivery of the food!
A good restaurant if you like to eat as much as you can and not worry about the consequences — but if you want a decent meal — this is one to avoid!

I have been to Cosmo on a number of occasions and I must say, i have tried a lot of Chinese restaurants and this is top one for me. There is such a variety of fresh decisions to be made, my plate is always spewing over, but you just can’t help it.
Then there’s deserts hhhmmmmm! load of different cake’s, a choc fountain and fruits!
oh and i forgot, there is an area were you can have meals made fresh by a chef in front of you, and when you check the bill afterwards, you would definitely have got value for money.

Best all you can eat in Romford.
If you don’t mind lots of kids running around screaming, it’s defiently worth a visit.
Duck pancakes are the pick here.
In the day time, it’s £6 all you can eat
