Have visited here before this review; wrongly assuming someone would have commented before now? I recall the Safeway that proceeded this store. There are new ads on the Telly «Come Back» it sings, I have not been anywhere else, although not here or the one in Sutton for a good while. (must get out more). It has all what you might expect from any supermarket, but no interior Post Office, and none of those sprays that fascinated me, remember them? Anyway the car park and the store can only be accessed from Bell Street one way or up from South Reigate.

Good for cheap items especially sweets but sainsburys basics is cheaper than morrisons value and I cant find the jelly. quite warm. Always find a parking space, good carpark if you are going to the priory, café is good, well priced the dvd/cd section is good too.

I’m not very wild about this store, as I find the layout of the items very disjoined. No logic to where you’ll find an item, whereas I’ve found other chain stores have some kind of rhyme or reason as to how they’re laid out.
It’s not a store I’d be happy doing a weekly shop in, as their stock seems to be very hit and miss. For example, I could find nearly any organic meat quite a few times I went, and often were the times they were sold out of nearly all wholewheat bread. I never could count on finding specific veg I needed for a recipe, either.
Oh well, maybe that’s why most of their customers seem so very grumpy every time I go in

I used to really dislike the supermarket and went there only when necessary. However recently I have discovered they do excellent fruit and veg. So much better than any of their competitors, really fresh and tasty. The finest range of strawberries was amazing, but they don’t seem to have them at the moment!
I find that they do stock a lot of their own brands and can be a bit limited on the named brands, but in fairness I have tried theirs a few times and been pleasantly suprised.
The car park is a bit of a nightmare at busier times, and beware the ticket inspectors are vigilant!
