Reading town needed a good and affordable lebanese restaurant and the Bakery House fits the need well. For me its the best location and very convinient as its on the same Road as my Computer Repairs shop. The restaurant is well designed with good seating, lighting and ambience is very comfortable. The staff including chefs and manager are all very hospitable and friendly.
I particularly like the Chicken Shawarama sandwich with chips and salad which is always fresh, tender and delicious. The lunchtime menu (happy hour) offer is extremely good value. My favourite (so far) is chicken and lamb Shawarama with chips or rice together with salad and fresh humus on a large plate for £6.50. absolutely delicious!
I have visited and encouraged family and friends and so far they all love it … 5 Star all the way!

Very delicious food. I’ll be back for sure. The meat is tender and delicious. The whole experience was fantastic.
