waited over an hour for food and had to queue at the bar for 20 minutes for a drink just recently and the very rude manageress didn’t feel inclined to apologise at all. awful do not go!

This is a very nice, old fashioned pub. They serve very nice cooked food, and the service is relatively quick. The staff are very polite, and it is a very nice place to go and have a meal. The grounds are very nice, and there is a good sized car park. The interior could do with a lick of paint, but it is still perfectly fine, and a very nice place to go, whether it is with friends or family.
