This fish and chip shop is virtually perfectly situated on the end of the High St, just as it meets the Quay.
They also do burgers and sausages. The chips are to my liking — not soggy and not hard. Firm with a fluffy inside!
I don’t go for fish, as I think we are emptying the Atlantic of cod. I do try other fish on occasion though.
Prices are a litt;e high, but not outrageous.
