I have read the contrasting reveiws of this restaurant, whcih was interesting. I have visited this restaurant on many occasions; I have only ever had a very positive experience here. The service is excellent; the staff are friendly and polite and the food itself has been superb. If there are at least two of you, I have noticed that there is always a complimentary side dish(something similar to Bombay potato) which is a nice touch. They had a refit perhaps 2 years ago; the décor is very pleasant. Parking can be foune either directly outside the curry house, or else, leaving the curry house by car by turning left, then take the left fork. I have always managed to park OK here. I would recommend the Tatnum Tandoori.

What? did we eat at the same place? It was OK-ish I suppose but you must try Tandoori Nights in central Poole for example, or the Taj Mahal at Westbourne, and then you’ll see that this place is just an emergency curry restaurant really. Better than nothing, but that’s about it.

A modestly decorated and signed Indian restaurant. The food is, quite simply, outstanding as is the service, and the only reason I haven’t given it a fifth star is because there is no delegated parking. I’ve never had a problem though. Children are welcome here, and there is always a complimentary dish, so you know you’ll not go hungry! They will also box up what you can’t eat. They will also sell you a Peshwari naan if you turn up at the door and ask for one! At weekends make sure you book!
