Popped down to here before a concert in Bournemouth. Was originally going to try a buffet in Bournemouth itself but that was £15.99. The drive down to Poole was worth it. This place was £9.99, lots of choice, all the mainstream starters and mains you would expect from a Chinese restaurant, including Peking duck which some places charge extra for. Great service and good choice. Only let down by the toilets which were in need of maintenance with fittings and bulbs faulty etc

All you can eat buffet chinese restaurant in Poole’s Tower Park. We visited here twice whilst on holiday and never had to wait for a table. There is an extensive choice of foods all labelled up and they have the tepanyaki — raw foods you choose and get cooked in front of your eyes, as well as sushi. Chocolate fountain was nice although the chocolate was rather thin. Would definately visit here again.

Flame is a new chinese restaurant in Tower park. It’s an all you can eat buffet style restaurant. I would reccomend visting in the evening as they have much more choice of food available on the buffet tables. It’s advisable to book when you want to go here as it can get quite busy. I find the staff to be pleasant but they alwasy hover over you looking at what you have on your plate which can be quite off putting. I think the reason for this is because they charge you for certain amount of wasteage if you leave your food. The restaurant will charge you max £15.99 at busy periods for food and dessert with drinks being extra. It;s a cheap night out but you will whizz through your meal as there is no waiting for it to be cooked.
