Compton Acres

A collection of gardens styled in typical nationalities ie Japanese, Italian, English.
Some of these are really beautiful, and there are plenty of seats to use in order to appreciate them.
There are stepping stone pathways but these prove tricky at times! If you have a pram r pushchair, you will need to ‘giveway’ at times, as the paths are a bit narrow, and sometimes you arrive at steps unexpectedly.
Plants are on sale, though these vary in condition, and there is at least one tea room. Children can be easily lost, and pushchairs or wheelchairs are challenged! Not impossible for the intrepid and a fun time.
