Bought double glazing from this company a few years ago, when service was excellent. Now a completely different story, with probably new owners as the customer service is none existent. The show room was empty of staff, and although the ‘back office’ guy was helpful, just try and get any kind of service at all. It doesn’t happen. Return phone calls are promised, but nothing happens. I would like to give 0*
