Edward’s Bar

Edward’s has gone down hill slightly in my opinion based on my last visit. It was busy but did not seem as popular as it used to be. The music was not as good as it was a year or so ago either and the atmosphere was not quite as buzzy as normal. Drinks are getting quite expensive here although they do have some good special offers on sometimes. It took ages to get served at the bar. The toilets were not in great condition although they are still a lot better than many other bars in town but I was not impressed with the fact that they have now employed one of those annoying toilet attendants that expect tips for handing out paper towels when I am perfectly capable of using a hand drier. You now have to pay to get into Edward’s but they have linked together with Flaires and Reflex upstairs so you only pay once to get into all three and you can move from one to the other as much as you like.
