I live in South London, but was in the area, so dropped by to pick up some oriental groceries. Its not a very big warehouse/supermarket — I found the selection to be less than the Wing Yip in Croydon that I normally go to. The prices are also more expensive. They do have a big range of frozen foods. Their fresh selection of meat, fish, and veg is OK. There is an interesting cafeteria upstairs, which I went to see but didn’t eat at. It is a bit of a depressing environment, but dim sum there is like less than £2, and a bowl of noodles or a duck rice is like £3-£4. Looks like a bargain in London… Free parking in front of the supermarket. Credit cards accepted.

Great oriental supermarket. They are also a wholesaler for restaurants. Huge range of fresh and frozen produce from all over Asia. Don’t miss out on the cookware upstairs, it’s all restaurant grade woks & steamers, plus masses of that plastic crockery you find in Chinese restaurants. The real hidden gem is the restaurant upstairs! Surprise!!! Great dim sum at very affordable prices. It’s not table service, but who cares !!!

Get there early if you want to purchase the fresh baked buns as they move quickly and are limited in quantity. Cafeteria on 1st floor that has ramen, roast meats and dim sum. Large shopping area that caters to both restaurants and individuals.
