I went here for lunch on a Sunday, not much of a line at noon. I got the sweet chili chicken sandwich on baguette. It was ok, nothing special. I expected more of a flavor punch. The prices are a bit lower than Harvey’s on High, but the bread did not taste as fresh and there was less stuff in the sandwich. I am glad to have tried it, but I think that I prefer Harveys.

Erratic opening hours in the morning means I no longer go.

Wonderful but tiny little store which often has queues up into Broad Street. There is seating but it’s often easier to takeaway, and getting in and out of the shop can occasionally be difficult as a result. The baguettes come with a good range of different fillings, from the simple to the unexpected(and good), and there are cakes and drinks too. Look out for a loyalty card to make the most of a regular purchase.

A nice little place to nip in and grab a good lunch on your way through town — I love getting something from here before heading into the park. There’s a great selection of baguettes all packed full of fresh goodies — try the wraps too, they’re a great alternative. Service is friendly and fast, so don’t be put off by the queue as it’ll move quickly. Prices are more than reasonable here too.
