Finders Keepers

Finders Keepers main aim seems to be to extract every last possible bit of money from their tenants as possible. They understand nothing about customer service — and are only motivated by grabbing your cash. They charge huge fees for absolutely everything and extracting your deposit from them in tact at end of your tenancy is virtually impossible. The spotlessly cleaned appartment we left (we hired professional cleaners) was still subject to spurious cleaning charges!
The flat we rented from them in Iffley (Oxford) was a horrible, damp moldy place. We viewed it in Summer when it had been newly painted (and the mold was disguised) –but as soon as the weather became cooler the mold and damp was appalling. Finder’s Keepers were very unsympathetic to this and still charged us a fee of $ 1320 to break the tenancy agreement and leave the property. The mold was again patched over and the flat has now been rented to new tenants (at a reduced rate).
I would never rent a property from Finder’s Keepers ever again and I strongly advise you to do the same.
