This is under new management, they are not very pleasant at all, wasnt made to feel welcome, would not go there again. Doesnt look like they clean the tables, wouldnt like to eat anything from there!

homely pub serving homely food sums up what is on offer at the Puckersley. great views on a summers day sat out in beer garden with a cool pint or two and a great ceasar sytle salad, or tucked up inside on a cold winters night with the fire roaring and again the obligatory pint and comfort food, sausage and mash is my favourite,

The Puckersley Inn is one of those timeless classics. It’s a traditional pub with a traditional menu. No false airs and graces, just a warm friendly family environment, and it’s a combination that works well. The meals are reasonably priced, and the pub has plenty of space, which is great for tucking away into a quiet corner, even with a modest sized group. The parking is a little bit clumsy, with it being on the other side of a road at a junction with low visibility, but this position does offer a fantastic view out over the hills of Shaw and Royton, as the pub is surrounded by fields complete with livestock.
