Mozalicious

It is nice but could only eat vegetarian meal as all meat is halal which isnt on stated on the menu, i had to ask!

My girlfriend and I went here last night, and it was good. The place is small, but with very modern décor and friendly staff. You could take your own booze in so having grabbed some bottles of Cobra from the supermarket a few doors down, we walked in and were immediately greeted and shown to our table.
We took advantage of their £9.95 menu (which is on Tuesday-​Thursday) and consists of poppadums (with salad and sauce tray), any starter, any main course, any naan or rice and coffee. We both had a balti, which was great and the portions were a just nice size. We even had room to treat ourselves to a dessert of vanilla ice cream, which came with hundreds and thousands and raspberry sauce and was delicious. We never have desserts in Indian restaurants so this must’ve been good.
Judging by the familiarity of the families and couples who were coming and going whilst we were in there, Mozalicious has some very loyal regulars, which only sold the place to us even more. If I had one minor quibble it’s that some of the chicken was cooked to perfection whilst some was very chewy. But then it was a budget meal on a weeknight so I won’t make too much of it.
