This council employs a LADO (Jim Foy) who failed in his duties to help safeguard vulnerable children in care homes in Doncaster.

This after receiving numerous complaints, which he ignored due to the parents being from working-class backgrounds & being poor.

The abuse should have been investigated months earlier if Mr Foy hadn't been unsympathetic & cold towards those in need & the only constant in all this was his incompetence.
