Described as an authentic Italian Experience… it wasnt!
I was here last Saturday night, unfortunately our previous booking at another restaurant had been cancelled and we managed to get a last minute booking at carluccios instead!
We arrived at the restaurant and it was pretty empty for a Saturday, the atmosphere was lacking and we were seated right next to the till/​waitress gathering point.
The food was very disappointing, it was cold and the lasagne tasted like it came from a packet and had simply been heated up (or not). Just very bland!
Would not return!

Just nipped in here out of the rain not expecting much from a chain but was really surprised. Very friendly staff and great coffee meant that we stayed for brunch eggs florentine — delicious. Could quite easily lose an hour or two here. Good atmosphere for lunch.
