Lived in Ards for 17 year. In and out of here my whole childhood and growing up. Would b an easy 3 – 4 star except for my last visit when I found a massive hair in my chicken royal. This is enough too put me off for life never mind that when I pointed it out too staff they took no action to resolve the situation. Safe to say I left out of pocket and just as hungry as I went in and feeling slightly sick!!!

This is my favourite BK, mostly because it isn’t busy, has enough staff to cope when it does get busy and the food is usually cooked there and then as opposed to sitting on a warming tray for an hour.
You usually see the same faces behind the counter which says to me, the staff actually like the job and will do a better job than disinterested muppets. Take note BK Junction One.
