I put out a lower vertebra sweeping up earth in the garden. aggravating an old injury. Was in vast pain for three days. Asked Clayton Briggs at Glasgow Chiropractic if he could see me on the day I phoned. He told me to come see him that same night, after hours, at his clinic in Newton Mearns. He put me thorough questions, movement practice and gradually got my body ready for cracking the four vertebrae he was looking to shift and did so and from that moment on the immense pain and immovability I had been in for three days left me and all that was left was residual soreness which he told me to put ice packs on when I go home and come see him the next day for a follow up. He told me this would all be out of my way in less than a week and, based on his ability and results on my body in half an hour flat, I believe him. I cannot recommend Clayton too highly. He knows what he is about, has clear instructions and methods to get your body mended and does it all with a thorough professionalism and a very human understanding that leave you in no doubt you are in very good hands.
