Premier Inn

Fantastic feel hotel but conected restraint expecive, but tesco over Rd and walking distance is newton Abbot town so wetherspoons for meal or breakfast.

Sometimes, you find yourself surprised by the simplest of things, such as bed comfort, room size, a working shower, clean furniture etc. Premier Inn runs a good ship, offering all of these things while not being ‘perfect’ in every way.
All we really wanted was a good night’s sleep in a comfortable room while we visited friends in Devon, and that’s exactly what we got, plus a decent shower, clean bathroom, good air conditioning and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s also really handy for the racecourse and the Sunday morning car boot sale, and there’s a big Tesco across the road if you need supplies. What might we change? More towels, please!
I can think of quite a few four-​star hotels that this Premier Inn would put to shame, and we didn’t spend a fortune on the room, either. We skipped breakfast, but it’s available at the adjoining Beefeater Grill. Parking is also very good.
